Coming to Iowa State, I had an interest in working with hardware and software programming. As I took more courses, I found that software development was an area that I wanted to work in. Specifically, DevOps is a job that interests me the most. DevOps caught my attention because of my experience working in Research IT at Iowa State. I enjoyed learning how to use CLI-based Linux software and utilize networking protocols. Being able to use my software development and IT experience have interested me in potentially pursuing DevOps. I hope to contribute some of my IT experience with this project and gain more software development experience.
